- Is Talent Draft Pro an ATS?
- Not quite — it's a candidate sourcing and evaluation tool, not a full applicant-tracking system. Use it to parse resumes, search your pool by skills with match scores, generate AI scouting reports, and build shortlists. It complements your ATS (which runs job requisitions and the hiring pipeline) rather than replacing it — think of it as the AI scouting layer in front of your ATS.
- How does pricing work?
- Three tiers (Solo / Power / Agency) — see the pricing page. Solo includes a free trial; we share pricing on request during early access.
- How is my data protected?
- Passwordless auth, per-org isolation, encryption, and an edge WAF. See the security page for details.
- What powers the scouting reports?
- Anthropic's Claude generates an executive summary, strengths, and recruiter talking points from each candidate's profile.
- Can my team collaborate?
- Yes — invite teammates with roles (owner / admin / member) and share teams for collaborative hiring decisions.
- Do you support integrations (ATS, LinkedIn, calendar)?
- Not yet — integrations are on the roadmap.
